About this site

This site was created in 2015 as a way to remember our beloved pets.  Just as we remember our human family members through obituaries, this site is a place to share our memories and love of the pet members of our families after they have passed away and gone on to their next adventure.

You are welcome to submit an obituary for your pet and a photo, and it will be posted on this site within 48 hours.  Please follow these brief guidelines:

• Submit your picture and/or obituary by email to remembering.our.pets@gmail.com
• Your obituary can be as short as you like, or as long as approximately 200 words (about 3/4 of a typewritten page)
• Tell us the name of your pet and the date of their passing, and then include any other information or memories that you'd like to share about your pet family member.

As the site grows, the posts will be categorized so that your pet will always be easy to find.
